I believe the use of positive affirmations is the number one best thing we can do to improve our health and wellness.Of course I encourage a healthy diet, plenty of water and a good amount of physical activity in your daily life too, affirmations will help you to live this healthy life naturally.
When affirmations are spoken regularly with emotion you will see improvements in your life from day one. I personally use daily affirmations as part of my day to day routine to help me make the most of all areas of life.
I suggest you pick out two or thee affirmations to focus on each day. I have found from personal experience affirmations work the best when we stand in front of the mirror and say the affirmations out loud.
When to use affirmations
There are no set rules for when the right time to use affirmations is. However I recommend you start your day and end your day with a few positive affirmations.
