From my point of view, proper nutrition is important because the food, water, vitamins and minerals that you consume on a daily basis are what your organism needs to function properly. The three macronutrients, carbohydrates, protein and dietary fat provide your organism with energy and building materials that allow you to create a lean, healthy body that is filled with vitality from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. The three micronutrients water, vitamins and minerals are just as important as the food that you eat daily, because without these elements your body will not be able to function as it was designed to. Why is nutrition important, especially the part that has to dowith consuming plenty of H2O? Water is without a doubt the most important nutrient of all. Every physiological process in your body depends on water. Without water you would die in a matter of days. Drinking plenty of water during the day is one of the most overlooked elements of an effective long term weight loss strategy. By drinking plenty of water on a daily basis you will produce amazing weight loss results, and will feel a wave of energy that will help you to take effective steps during your weight loss program. Vitamins and minerals regulate many of your body processes and are also overlooked by many people during their weight loss programs.
