What is my ideal weight?

What is my ideal weight? This is another frequently question that I get in many of my e-mails.

To get a quick calculation you can check out this weight loss calculator that will give you a good estimate.

If you want to calculate your ideal weight with more precision, the weight loss tracker is what I would recommend that you use.

In that section I explain in full detail how to calculate your ideal weight using your current total body weight, lean body mass and total body fat weight.

This is the only way that you can get an exact number because any type of calculator that takes into account only your height, weight, body type will never be this accurate.

The reason for this is simple, your ideal weight can only be calculated taking into account your current lean body mass and the body fat percentage you want to have when you reach your ideal weight.

In other words, once you lose all the unwanted body fat that you currently have, and reach your desired body fat percentage, only then you will reach your ideal weight.

So without these two numbers, the calculation for ideal weight will be inaccurate.
