Aerobics, cardio training, cardiovascular training or simply cardio, no matter what you choose to call it, you will have to do plenty of it, if you want to burn unwanted

Most cardiovascular workout routines involve using large muscle groups, like your legs, but there are exceptions, like rowing, which uses all muscle groups, and which is why it is one of my all-time favorite aerobic exercises.

is the sustained ability of your heart, blood vessels, and blood to carry oxygen to your cells, the ability of your cells to produce oxygen, and the ability of your blood, once again, to carry away all the waste products that are produced during these processes.
Every cell in your body requires oxygen to function properly, this means that using aerobics to condition your heart, lungs and circulatory system, is the most important element of creating a true feeling of well-being!
