This Weight Loss Tips, How To Create Permanent Fat Loss article will explain the basic steps that you will have to take in order to reach and then maintain your ideal body weight for life!

I have written this page so that you can get a quick overview of my fat loss strategy. This can save you a lot of time, if, -- for some reason -- my weight loss approach is not what you are looking for.

To keep this short I will end the introduction here, and will start off with nutrition, since over-consuming food and beverages is the main reason that the unwanted body fat is currently inside your fat cells!


Weight Loss Tips - My Nutrition Strategy


When it comes to proper nutrition, the major goal is to use it "mostly"
to help your body to maintain your body weight, while providing your organism with everything it needs to function properly!

Yes, there are many nutrition strategies in my weight loss tips system that can help you to create a calorie deficit, and force your body to burn off your "unwanted body fat" as an energy source.

But, you have to take into account that the human body "views" the unwanted body fat that is currently "stored" inside your fat cells as a long-term energy source! And, because of this, your body doesn't
"want to" release this energy source -- "easily."

What this means is that if you were born with a slow metabolism, and have a difficult time "burning-off" the excess body fat that is currently stored inside your fat cells -- manipulating your calorie intake, or your macro-nutrient intake will only work temporarily -- at best!

The reason for this is simple: As soon as your body "catches-on" to what you are trying to do, it will start to slow down your metabolism -- and simultaneoulsy it will start to increase your appetite.

When this happens -- you will hit a weight loss plateau, and in addition to this you will be walking around all day thinking about -- nothing but food!

Yes, in the end "hunger" will force you to give up any nutrition strategy that does not provide your body with what it needs to function properly on a daily basis.

Now, to end this part about nutrition, here is what you have to understand completely. There are people that were simply "born"
with a body that has a fast metabolism.

Their organism "naturally" burns massive amounts of calories on a daily basis -- and because of this they have the opposite problem -- a difficulty in "gaining" unwanted body fat.

If you were born with a "slow metabolism" you will have to stay focused on providing your body with the optimum amount of calories on a daily basis. If you consume too little, your metabolism will slow down and your hunger will increase -- if you consume too much, you will gain unwanted body fat.

The conclusion? If you were born with a slow metabolism you will "always" have to consume a "moderate" amount of calories if you want to reach and then maintain your ideal body weight for life!

Weight Loss Tips - My Exercise Strategy


When it comes to using exercise, this is much simpler than nutrition. It is not easier, obvioulsy, but it is at least simpler.

Basically, exercise is what will help you to lose the unwanted body fat that you currently have -- by "gently" forcing your body to "burn-off" the "excess fat" that is currently stored inside of your fat cells as an energy source!

This has to be done correctly, and you have to use both cardiovascular exercise and weight training. I will say it right here -- you do not have to use high intensity exercise, or do anything that you will not be able to keep doing -- for life.

And, yes, both of these physical activities have to be used by women and men -- just in case if you are a woman who is wondering -- "If I am a woman, do I also have to use weight training?"

There is simply no way around it, if you were born with a slow metabolism, and have difficulty losing unwanted body fat -- you will have to help your organism to "burn-off" the unwanted body fat by using exercise -- and once you reach your ideal body weight -- you will have to keep using it -- to maintain it!

Cardio training is a must because it burns the most "total calories" during each session, while weight training is a must because it helps you to maintain your current muscle mass. These physical activities create a "synergetic effect" which helps your body to effectively burn off unwanted body fat as one of the main energy sources.

If you use "only" cardiovascular exercise and do not use weight training to maintain your muscle -- your lean body mass will decrease and your body will start to burn "less" calories during the day. Eventually you will hit a weight loss plateau, and will not be able to reach and then maintain your ideal body weight!

The conclusion? If you were born with a slow metabolism you will "always" have to use cardio training and weight training if you want to reach and then maintain your ideal body weight for life!

Weight Loss Tips - My Motivation Strategy


Now, let me cover motivation. First of all, true weight loss tips motivation is when you have a strong want and a natural desire to bring into reality the body of your dreams.

After reading about proper nutrition and exercise, you are aware that you will have to use both of them on a regular basis -- if you want to lose all the unwanted body fat that you currently have.

In addition to this, you are also aware that you will have to keep using proper nutrition and exercise for the rest of your life -- if you want to maintain your ideal body weight -- once you reach it!

But, the problem is that "most likely" you don't want to do this -- at least you don't want to do it in the long run, and especially not for the rest of your life. This is obvious, because if you "wanted to" -- you wouldn't have the unwanted body fat that you currently have.

You would have created the body of your dreams already by using proper nutrition and exercise -- and there is a very high chance that you wouldn't even be here reading this page.

But, the problem is that you simply can't get yourself to produce the non-stop motivation "fuel" that is necessary to go from where you are right now to where you want to be in the future -- when you create the body of your dreams!
