Can the weight height chart be useful in my weight loss program?

A weight height chart is a good place to start. They can provide you with a ballpark figure, and give you some idea of your ideal weight.

The charts for height and weight at this site are some of the best that I have seen online.

The only thing you must take into account is that this number will not be your true ideal weight, but only an estimate.

To calculate your true ideal weight you will have to first calculate your lean body mass, and choose a body fat percentage that you want to reach in the future.

This is explained in more detail in my weight loss tracker section, and by reading it you can get a good idea what true ideal weight means.

It takes a lot of work to create your ideal weight and it really helps to have an exact goal that you are aiming for.

My goal setting section explains in full detail how to create a major health goal chart, and once you read that section you will understand how to set effective goals.
