Is walking weight loss
a reality, or not?


Walking weight loss is very real. All you really have to do is walk fast.

From our experience many people who have created lean, healthy bodies, used walking as the only aerobic activity.

The ultimate way to lose weight using walking, is to do it for 60 minutes in one session.



If you have been sedentary for a while, you should start with 15 minutes per session, with three sessions per week.

First walk slowly, and little by little use progression to increase the duration of each session.

Once you are walking 60 minutes per session, you can increase the intensity with which you walk.

Once you are walking as fast as you possibly can, then you can start walking 4 days per week, and work your way up to walking every day.
