To reduce your weight successfully you must not over-eat and you must eat the right kind of food. You must also perform regular physical activities that make you consume energy and develop your muscles. All this is done as follows:

- Do not blend extra fat (butter, margarine, oil) into your meals in addition to the fat that already is a part of the ingredients you use, neither when you are cooking, nor during serving.

- Neither add extra sugar into your meals in addition to the sugar that already is a part of the ingredients you use.

- Use ingredients with a low fat content when you prepare your food like lean meat, lean foul, mushrooms, seafood, lean fish and lean diary products.

- Eat moderate amounts of fat fish, almonds, sunflower seeds and nuts, since the fat in these food types is good for your health.

- Do not use fast food or other types of ready-made food, since such products often contain great amounts of fat, usually even the worst kind of fat, and great amounts of sugar.

- Avoid snacks, chocolate, sweets, cookies or sweet prefabricated beverages. Prefer water or pure juices without extra sugar to drink.

- Each meal should contain some fruit and vegetables in a natural form or very gently cooked. Do not spill the water from the cooking, since, but use it, since much of the nutrients will get into that water.

- You must use bread made of the full corn or other forms of full corn cereals. Full corn cereals contain more valuable vitamins and minerals than refined cereals, and fiber that helps your digestion.

- Have 3-4 good meals each day, but do not eat excessively at any time..

- Perform some exercise every day. You must do both condition training and training of muscle strength. Condition training consumes energy and extra muscle mass also will make you burn more fat.

- Taking some extra vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and also some herbal extracts may help you burn fat more effectively.
