Stomach Toning Exercise,
and how to create permanent fat loss


The best stomach toning exercise is the crunch. But, in order to see your abdominals you will have to create permanent fat loss first.

Just doing abdominal exercises will not burn enough body fat to create a flat stomach. This can be accomplished only by using a combination of proper nutrition, cardio training, and weight training.



An effective nutrition strategy can help you to maintain your current weight and provide your body with everything it needs to function properly.

You should never try to create permanent fat loss by using low calorie or fad diets. This is the worst thing that you can do when trying to lose body fat.

Low calorie and fad diets have a 99.9% failure rate, and eventually lead to uncontrollable food cravings. When you are hungry and can only think about food, forcing yourself to stick to this approach will only work in the short run.

Stomach toning exercise: Cardio training


In reality, the best exercise that you can use to tone your stomach is cardio training. And if you have an endomorph dominant body type, to maintain a flat stomach, you will have to do this for the rest of your life.

Even walking at a moderate pace on a daily basis can produce amazing fat burning results. The most important thing to understand about using aerobics to create a flat stomach is to do them long enough to burn the most total calories.

If you are using a high intensity exercise, then 30 minutes per session might be enough to create amazing fat burning results.

But, if you want to take it easy and still create a flat belly, then you can use walking at a moderate pace for an hour to produce similar results.

Using weight training to maintain your lean muscle mass is also an important step toward creating permanent fat loss and the stomach of your dreams.

Muscle is a metabolically active tissue and your body must expand a lot of energy (calories) in order to maintain it.

This means that while you are burning body fat using cardio training, weight training helps to keep your metabolism elevated, and this helps your organism to keep burning as many calories as possible during the day.

To create the body of your dreams, you have to know how to keep yourself motivated on a daily basis.

This is the only way that you can sustain a healthy nutrition approach, use cardio training to burn unwanted body fat, and use weight training to maintain your muscle and keep your metabolism elevated.

The reason for this is simple: Forcing yourself day in and day out gets very exhausting and this is the one of the main reasons why most people give up when trying to reach their major weight loss goals.

Simply doing stomach toning exercises will not create a flat belly you have to use the combination of motivation, nutrition, and exercise.
