and How to Flatten Your Stomach


The best stomach flattening exercises and how to flatten your stomach is the section where I will explain how to create a lean, healthy body with a flat belly.

Most of the articles that I write on my site are answers to questions that I am asked over and over. And questions about creating a flat belly, a flat stomach, and six-pack abs, definitely top the list of the frequently asked questions.



Below I will write the main distinctions about permanently getting rid of belly fat.

1) The reason that you have unwanted body fat is because currently your fat cells are filled with fat. To create a flat stomach you must take actions that are focused on burning off this body fat and shrinking all of the fat cells in your body.

2) If you do not shrink your fat cells, then the fat around your abdominals will remain, and it does not really matter what approach that you use to get rid off it.

3) The most effective way to shrink the fat cells in your body, is by using cardio training on a regular basis. In reality, this is the ultimate stomach flattening exercise.

4) If you want to know how to flatten your stomach, here is what I would do if I had to accomplish this objective knowing what I know today.

...I would eat the exact amount of calories that I know my body could burn during the day, would use cardio training everyday to burn the fat directly from my fat cells, and would use weight training to maintain my current muscle so that my metabolism would stay elevated during the weight loss phase of my program.

...And once I created the body of my dreams using this approach, I would keep eating healthy food 80%-90% of the time, and would continue to use these stomach flattening exercises for the rest of my life, to make sure that the fat never comes back!

You have to realize that if you have a slow metabolism and finally discover how to flatten your stomach, to maintain this result you will have to keep doing this for the rest of your life.

If you don't, the fat will simply creep back on, sooner or later.
