Lose Weight Permanently!


If you are currently not losing weight fast -- then in this article you will discover cover a few really fast ways to permanently lose the unwanted body fat that you currently have!

These strategies will be focused on helping you to lose "only" unwanted body fat and not simply scale weight. Since most weight loss strategies are focused on helping you to lose simply scale weight -- they are usually not effective for fat loss.


Most people don't know that when they use conventional diets, fad diets, diet pills, and/or appetite suppressants that they are losing mostly water and muscle (80%) and very little actual body fat (20%).

This is a major distinction because when you lose mostly water and muscle during a weight loss program -- this weight is easily regained.

The fast ways to lose weight that I will give you -- have been designed for losing weight fast -- but when you implement them the weight that you lose will mostly come from unwanted body fat, instead of water and muscle. This will help you to maintain your ideal body weight in the long run!
Anyway, the first fat loss technique that you can use is the optimum meal frequency strategy. This is where you simply take the food that you are currently consuming on a daily basis and divide it into four equal meals.

Once this is accomplished -- then you take these four meals and consume them every four hours. Make sure that the first meal you eat as soon as possible after waking up.

And the second fat loss technique that you can implement is using a simple cardio training exercise like walking. This can be done outside or in the gym on a treadmill.

Three days per week, all you have to do is walk at a moderate pace. Start off with five minutes per session and then build your way up to walking anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes per session.

The best way to increase the duration of your workouts is by five minutes per week until you reach the maximum amount of time that you have for this activity.

If you start using these two fast ways to lose weight on a regular basis -- losing weight fast will not be a problem for you anymore.
