In this Lose Weight In 2 Weeks article you will find an advanced nutrition strategy that you can use to create impressive fat loss results!

With that said let me explain how to use this advanced nutrition strategy to lose unwanted body fat really fast.

This advanced nutrition approach is called the calorie zig zagging method. It was designed to trick your body into keeping its metabolic rate up, while dieting for fat loss.

This advanced nutrition strategy is very effective, and without a doubt, one of the most powerful fat loss nutrition techniques that you can use to create the body of your dreams.

Since your organism likes to stay in a state of equilibrium, and will always do everything to accomplish this goal, lowering your calories for long periods of time will always backfire.

Whenever you lower your calories below maintenance level, it is only a matter of time until the body recognizes this, and starts to slow down your metabolism, and calorie burning. The ultimate way to outsmart your organism is to avoid long calorie deficits.

So, when using this approachto lose weight in 2 weeks you simply lower your daily calorie intake by 20% for two to three consecutive days, then raise it back up to maintenance level for two to three days, and the lower it for two to three days by 20% once again.

When you raise your calories on the fourth day, your body’s defense mechanism does not kick in, and you enjoy the fat loss, without the negative side effects that you experience from conventional low calorie dieting.
Three consecutive days seems to be the longest that you can keep your calories at twenty percent below maintenance without your body catching on, and slowing down your metabolism.

When you decide to use this strategy to lose weight in 2 weeks, you should start by creating an additional menu for yourself, where your daily meals will have 80% of your maintenance level daily calories.

When using this technique make your meals using the 50-30-20 nutrient ratio so that you get all of your daily macro-nutrients. Since your calories will be below maintenance, this is very important.

When you start using the calorie zig zagging technique, for the first two to three days you will eat four meals, every four hours with 80% of your maintenance level daily calories.

On the 3rd or 4th day raise the calories back up to maintenance level for two to three consecutive days. Then after two to three days at maintenance level, lower them again for two to three days.

Lose weight in 2 weeks is also really effective for breaking weight loss plateaus, accelerating fat loss and reaching really low body fat percentages.

It is used by most fitness models, and natural bodybuilders to create that really ripped look for competitions or photo shoots.

Lose weight in 2 weeks using this approach, and then keep using it to maintain your ideal body weight in the long term!


The calorie zig zagging technique is very difficult to use over an extended period of time and if you want to create long term results -- simply use it for a few weeks and then go back to to consuming your daily maintenance calorie intake for a month or so.

Then, in a month -- use it for another 2 weeks, and so on and so forth. This will make it much easier for you to stick to using this approach to reach your ideal body weight!

Calorie zig zagging is especially great for people with endomorph dominant body types, as an effective strategy for safely losing unwanted body fat without triggering the starvation response.

You can drop your calories anywhere from 10% to 30% below your daily calorie maintenance level, and see what works the best in your situation. You can also raise your calories 5% above or lower them 5% below maintenance after two to three days of consuming low calorie meals.....lose weight in 2 weeks...it can be done!

As with everything else in the area of weight loss -- there are no magic numbers, only guidelines and the courage to experiment to find what works the best for you personally.

Just keep in mind that this advanced technique works the best when you have mastered the basics and fundamentals of proper nutrition and exercise.

Eating small meals, and continuing to use exercise is very difficult for most people, this is why it is to your advantage to also use an effective motivation strategy to make sure that you have the daily drive and desire to reach your major health goal!
