The total scale weight might be impressive, but in reality the 80% that you lose from your muscle and water will be gained back, as soon as you stop using these approaches!

Your body can be tricked temporarily, but as soon as it catches on to the fact that you are trying to lose unwanted body fat using these types oflose weight fast diets and products it will slow down your metabolism by burning off your proteins tissues (mostly muscle) as an energy source

This will slow down your metabolism, and you will burn less calories during the day. This means that to maintain your weight, you will have to eat less food, otherwise you will gain weight.
