These Approaches!


In this Lose Weight Fast Diets article you will discover the truth about low calorie diets, fad diets, and a few other fast weight loss approaches that are not really effective when it comes to creating permanent fat loss!.

When using a low calorie diet, a fad diet, diet pills, and/or appetite suppressants you lose 80% water and muscle, and only around 20% unwanted body fat.

The total scale weight might be impressive, but in reality the 80% that you lose from your muscle and water will be gained back, as soon as you stop using these approaches!


Your body can be tricked temporarily, but as soon as it catches on to the fact that you are trying to lose unwanted body fat using these types of lose weight fast diets and products it will slow down your metabolism by burning off your proteins tissues (mostly muscle) as an energy source

This will slow down your metabolism, and you will burn less calories during the day. This means that to maintain your weight, you will have to eat less food, otherwise you will gain weight.

But, in addition to this, your body will raise your appetite, because when you are using these types of "in-effective" lose weight fast diets and products -- you are not providing your body with the calories, macro-nutrients, and micro-nutrients that it needs to function properly!

Lose weight fast diets and products will always lead to a sharp increase in your appetite!


This will lead to "massive hunger" -- which will force you to stop using these approaches, and will force you to throw in the white towel. When this happens you will start to eat more food than your body can realistically burn off during the day, and what happens next is quite obvious!

Consuming more calories than your body can burn -- will make you gain back all the weight that you lost, and maybe a few more pounds on top, because your metabolism is slower than before -- due to the muscle loss!

This is the vicious (weight loss/weight-gain) cycle that you want to avoid. The only way to avoid this cycle, and to effectively lose unwanted body fat is to use proper nutrition and exercise on a regular basis -- for the rest of your life!
