For example, take all the food that you are currently eating, and split it up into four equal meals. These four meals consume every four walking hours of the day. And your breakfast, always make sure that you eat it as soon as possible after waking up!

Your meals you can create the following way: Half your plate should be filled with unprocessed carbohydrates, for example rice, two thirds of your plate should be filled lean protein, for example with chicken fillet, and one third should be filled with healthy dietary fats, for example walnuts.
