Right from the start, I want to mention that all of my fat-burning strategies are based on using proper nutrition and exercise. The reason for this is simple: This is the only "realistic" way that you can provide your body with everything it needs to function properly on a daily basis -- and simultaneoulsy "gently" force it to "burn off" the unwanted body fat that is currently inside of your fat cells!

Low calorie diets, fad diets, diet pills, and/or appetite suppressants will never produce long term fat loss. They are short-term weight loss strategies and products that have a serios "flaw" in their design.

They have been designed to help you lose mostly "scale weight" and not unwanted body fat! There is a major difference between the two!

When you use low calorie diets, fad diets, diet pills, and/or appetite suppressants you lose mostly muscle and water (around 80%) and only a small amount of body fat (around 20%). If you want to create irreversible, long term weight loss, this is exactly what you want to avoid!
