And, here is why this was so effective: Once I took the focus off the food and the exercise and started focusing on the lean, healthy body that I wanted to create, this became my primary objective. And, in the long run, this helped me to use proper nutrition and exercise to burn off over 110 pounds of unwanted body fat, and gain 10 pounds of lean muscle in just a little over 12 months! Focusing on the vision of myself having the kind of body that I dreamed about helped me to eat healthy food, and to use exercise on a regular basis, until I reached my ideal body weight. And, what is most important is that I still don't like eating healthy food and still don't like to exercise, but I do this because I have a strong desire to maintain the result that I worked so hard to achieve many years ago!
