Even though there is a big difference between losing "simply" 10 pounds or losing the "last" 10 pounds -- in reality the approach that you have to use is very similar!

The difference is that when you want to lose the "last" 10 pounds you will have to use "advanced" nutrition and exercise strategies and will not be able to have as many "cheat meals" as when you are "simply" losing 10 pounds and will still have some unwanted body fat that will remain.

By the way, ten pounds of fat is 35,000 calories, because in one pound of fat there is 3,500 calories. This means that to lose this weight, you will have to "burn off" this amount of calories using a combination of effective fat burning strategies!
