I have about two months to get into shape, im on the chubby side and really wanna be ready for a bathing suit. Could anyone give me tips to lose this weight fast?!
the only way to lose weight properly without any side effects is eat less and exercise more. if you just want to lose weight mainly u gotta do cardio exercises such as walking or jogging, biking, swimming etc. u combine that with a healthy diet. meaning no pizza no burgers no fries no hot dogs no sweets including sugary drinks. mainly lean meats, chicken and vegetables. fruits as snacks. do this and you will have the summer body.
P.S drinking water before a meal will make you more full so you will eat less.
