By always eating breakfast, is how to boost your metabolism, and keep it burning calories right from the start of your day!

Skipping breakfast is the cardinal sin of fat burning.

This is without a doubt one of the biggest mistakes made by many dieters.

When you skip breakfast, there is a large time gap between meals which slows down your metabolism and leads to muscle loss.

Skipping breakfast usually leads to a consumption of a large amount of calories for lunch, because of the hunger that is caused by not eating for so many hours.

And what actually happens is when your metabolism slows down because you have not eaten for so many hours and you eat a large lunch, your body can’t burn all those calories.

This surplus of calories ends up as body fat, in people that have a genetic disposition that is geared toward gaining body fat easily.

This is why it always makes sense to eat breakfast as soon as you get up, and never leave large gaps between meals.

By doing this consistently, you will burn more calories during the day, and eventually will create the body of your dreams.
