High Protein Recipes

There are so many high protein recipes, and one of the best places to find them will be provided at the end of this page.

But first I would like to explain to my readers the best way to consume protein for long term weight loss.

Using a moderate approach is without a doubt the best way to create an ideal weight.

From my experience the best place to start is with a 50-30-20 nutrient ratio.

This means that 50% of your calories should come from carbohydrates, 30% from protein and 20% from dietary fat.

This provides your body with all the nutrients it needs to function properly on a daily basis.

Consuming too much protein, and not enough carbohydrates and dietary fat always leads to an increase in your appetite.

This eventually develops into a massive craving for carbohydrates and it becomes impossible to stay on this low carb approach.

This is why a moderate consumption of protein is the best way to lose weight in the long term.

This site has one of the best assortments of recipes from high protein meals that I have ever seen.

Just make sure that you consume moderate amounts when you create your meals, and you will be able to lose weight and eventually reach your ideal weight.
