Can a height weight chart help me to determine how much I should weigh?


A height weight chart can only give a ballpark figure of your ideal weight.

This ideal weight calculator is the best online. This site also has many charts with weights and heights that are quite good and easy to use.

But the problem with this approach is that it does not take into account your lean body mass.
