These are the best healthy eating tips that I can recommend from over 15 years of experience in the area of health, fitness and weight loss.

These tips are all very important and when used simultaneously on a daily basis can help you create a lean body filled with health and vitality.

The first tip is to always eat the amount of calories that your body can burn during the day.

The reason for this is simple, by providing your body with too many or not enough calories during the day it will not be able to function properly.

When you consume too many calories you will gain body fat, and when you do not consume enough, eventually this will lead to loss of muscle mass, and a drop in your metabolism.

The first will cause you to gain unwanted body fat, and the second eventually can lead to the same thing, because as your metabolism drops, what once was maintenance level will eventually become a calorie surplus.

Plus, when you consume less calories than your is rquired by your organism you lose muscle mass, and this, by the way, is what causes your metabolism to slow down and burn less calories during the day.

Calories are the most important thing in healthy eating, and must always be taken into account when you want to maintain a lean, healthy body.

By calculating your daily calories using effective formulas, and then making sure that you do not consume much more or much less, will make a huge difference in your health and well being.

The second tip is to learn how to create your meals using the right nutrient ratio for your body type, because if you do not, your organism most likely will not get all the nutrients it needs to function properly.

The quality of the nutrients that you provide is also very important, and this includes eating plenty of natural carbohydrates, lean protein and good dietary fat.

This also includes drinking plenty of water during the day, and making sure your body receives all the vitamins and minerals that are required for it to run efficiently.

Definitely meal frequency is one of the most overlooked healthy eating tips, and can create impressive results with the least amount of time and effort invested from your side.

This is where you take your daily calorie intake and divide it into four equal meals and consume these meals every four hours.

This provides your organism with the perfect amount of food to digest and utilize without any calorie surplus to be converted to unwanted body fat.

You will always have plenty of energy for any activities that you might choose to be a part of during the day, and you will never experience hunger, which is the major cause for consumption of unhealthy foods.
