Eating the right amount of calories is one of the best how you can get rid of belly fat permanently!

Most people are simply consuming more calories during the day than they are burning. This always leads to weight gain.

The law of calorie balance: If you burn more calories during the day than you consume you will lose weight. If you consume more calories during the day than you burn, you will gain weight.

The most important part of weight loss is to always obey the law of energy (calorie) balance.

This means that you must either consume the same amount of calories that you burn, and add cardio to your daily weight loss program, or consume a little less than you burn, and your body will have to use your fat stores to make up for this deficit.

The best approach is to consume the same amount as you burn and use cardio to burn body fat directly.

This is a much more effective approach, because when you consume less than you burn during the day, eventually your body will slow down your metabolism.

When this happens you will have to eat less to keep losing weight, and eventually you will hit a weight loss plateau, and then will trigger the starvation response, where your body will start burning up its own muscle in order to lower its energy consumption.

This is why the most effective way to get rid of belly fat is to consume the same amount of calories that your body burns during the day, and do cardio to create a calorie deficit, and to burn body fat directly.

When your body gets all the calories it needs to function properly, it will not slow down its calorie burning, and while you are doing cardio, it will use its body fat stores, and you will get lean.
