The best free weight loss meal plans are the ones that you design yourself. The reason for this is simple: every person has a unique personality, has a different body type, likes different food, and has different tastes and interests. It might take more time to create your own meals, but this will produce the ultimate weight loss results. Before you start making your own meals for the week, you must take into account three of the most important elements of weight loss. These are your daily calorie intake, the nutrient ratios that you will use and your meal frequency/timing. Most free weight loss meal plans do not take this into account and will not produce long term weight loss results. There are many links to sites with all kinds of recipes and menus that I provide in that section of my site. But, if you want to permanently lose unwanted body fat, my suggestion would be to design and then create your meals from scratch. To create long term weight loss your whole program has to be individualized to take into account your unique wants and qualities. Otherwise you will end up using a strategy that has been created for someone that is completely different from you. From my experience, meal plans that are not individualized, do not produce long term results. This is why I recommend to spend some time on calculating your calories, nutrient ratios and choosing the proper meal frequency/timing.
