Cardio training is the secret for creating permanent fat loss and bringing into reality the body of your dreams. If you have an endomorph dominant body type, reaching your ideal weight will be almost impossible without using this physical activity.

The reason for this is simple: Endomorphs have a naturally slow metabolism, which means that their bodies are very efficient at burning the calories they get from their food and beverages and they simply do not need that much food during the day.
