Pick from a list of preferred foods and the meal generator spits out an 11-day meal plan for you.

Another advantage of Fat Loss 4 Idiots is that you eat frequently. You’ll eat four to five meals a day, which can lower the chances you’ll feel hungry or deprived. Eating every few hours is also better for weight loss than going too long between meals as eating frequently boosts metabolism.

This diet is suitable for those who need a structured diet to help them lose weight and want the convenience of not having to create meal plans. The diet is inexpensive and uses everyday foods in the meal plans. Because it is restrictive, Fat Loss 4 Idiots will likely cause weight loss. However, losing weight quickly increases the chances of regaining lost weight and with the limited food choices, you may get bored with the diet.
