Fat Burning Soup Recipe


Here is the fat burning soup recipe:

The recommended ingredients: one large green onion, one large red onion, 1-2 pounds of sliced tomatoes, large piece of Kombu seaweed, four cloves of garlic, two green peppers, large head of cabbage, one bunch of celery, 1 hot pepper (optional), one portion of shitake mushrooms, soup stock (chicken, beef, pork, or vegetable), with spices (rosemary, sage, parsley, tarragon and thyme).

The preparation instructions: cut vegetables in small to medium pieces, sauté in olive oil and cover with water. Boil for ten minutes. Lower to a simmer and cook until the vegetables are tender.

The recipe for this fat burning soup and the diet plan were created by the people at the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital for overweight patients to lose weight rapidly before surgery.

Like many of the other fad diets, it is a short term strategy and most of the weight that is lost does not come from body fat.

Since it does not contain all of the nutrients that your body requires for it to function properly, you have to eat many other foods during the seven days that this short term diet lasts.
