In this Exercise Belly Fat and Create Permanent Fat Loss you will discover that simple cardio training is the ultimate exercise to burn off stomach fat and eventually create a completely flat stomach!
In addition to this, it is also an excellent idea to use resistance training on a regular basis. And last but not least, you have to use an effective nutrition strategy that is focused mostly on maintaining your current weight!
Why is this important?
Well, let’s start with nutrition. To create a lean, healthy body with a flat stomach, it is to your advantage to eat the same amount of food that your body can realistically burn during the day. No less, no more!
This is exactly how I lost 110 pounds of unwanted body fat 15 years ago and have been able to maintain it, without gaining back any of that weight.
You see, your body requires a certain amount of calories, macro-nutrients, and micro-nutrients so that it can function properly on a daily basis.
If you do not provide your body with the right amount of carbohydrates, protein and dietary fat, it is only a matter of time until it will start to slow down your metabolism to compensate for this deficit.
Once your metabolism starts slowing down, your body will also start totrigger its defense mechanisms in order to get you to eat more food. This will be accomplished through an increase in hunger and food cravings.
To lose belly fat, you must always consume the optimum amount of food on a daily basis!
If you don’t provide your body with the food that it requires — hunger and food cravings will eventually force you “not only” to start eating more food, but also to eat the wrong kinds of foods.
And, if instead of giving your body healthy foods that contain the macro-nutrients and the micro-nutrients that it requires on a daily basis, you start to consume un-healthy foods, because of your massive hunger, you will have a serious problem on your hands.
And this problem will be weight gain. If you you currently have unwanted body fat covering your abdominals, it simply means that you have been consuming more calories on a daily basis from your food and beverages than your body can realistically burn off.
What this means is that if you want a flat belly, you must start using proper nutrition to maintain your current body weight.
So, before you start exercising belly fat, make sure that you first design and then implement your own nutrition strategy using the information in myhealthy eating article.

By the way, in the weight loss secrets article you will discover why knowing your body type is the key toward creating permanent fat loss, and a flat belly!
All of the important elements of proper nutrition that are listed above will help you to maintain your current weight, and will provide you with the energy to exercise belly fat!
Which, by the way, is exactly what we will cover next!
Exercise Belly Fat: Cardio training
Once you have started using proper nutrition on a daily basis, your next step should be to start using cardio training workout routines to burn off the unwanted belly fat that you currently have.
This will help you to start moving in the direction of creating a lean, healthy body that you have been dreaming about.
Without a doubt, cardio training is one the major secrets of creating permanent fat loss, and without using this physical activity it will be impossible to create a flat stomach.
To exercise belly fat effectively — means to burn the unwanted body fat directly from all of your fat cells, and by doing this — to shrink them “all” in size.
This is the only way that you will ever create a flat belly. You have to use cardio training on a regular basis, and if you have an endomorph dominant body type, you will have to keep using it for the rest of your life.
The reason for this is simple: As soon as you stop using it, the weight that you lost will start to creep back on, and since your body stores the excess body fat in your fat cells, obviously the belly fat you worked so hard to burn off, will once again, start to cover up your abdominals.
Exercise Belly Fat: Weight training
Once you have started using an effective nutrition strategy and have started to use cardio training on a regular basis, your third step should be to add weight training to your weight loss program.
Without using weight training weight loss workouts you will not be able to maintain your lean muscle mass, and this will slow down your metabolism.
Muscle is a metabolically active tissue and your body must expand energy (calories) to maintain it. This means the less muscle you have the less calories you burn during the day.
The less calories you burn during the day, the harder it becomes to lose weight, and obviously it also becomes much harder to maintain your ideal weight once you have reached it.
If you want to create a flat stomach you have to make sure that you always do everything possible to keep your metabolism elevated during your weight loss journey.
This is why weight training is so important for creating a lean, healthy body, and is also really important for maintaining it.
Since most people do not use weight training in their weight loss programs, most people never create irreversible, long term weight loss results.
When you exercise belly fat by doing ab workouts this might make you abdominal muscles stronger, but it will never burn enough fat from your fat cells to make your stomach fat disappear.
And without burning off the unwanted body fat that you currently have, and creating a lean, healthy body, the belly fat that you want to disappear will remain.
This is why if you want to be one of the few that can create permanent fat loss and become a proud owner of a flat stomach, make sure that you use weight training on a regular basis.
This will help your body to keep burning as many calories as possible during the day, and will keep you moving in the direction of creating a flat belly.
So if you want to exercise belly fat so that it completely disappears, make sure to exercise all of your major muscle groups on a regular basis.
Exercise Belly Fat: Conclusion
Why have I not discussed exercises for belly fat the whole time? Well, mostly because they are covered in the “ab-workouts” article that I gave a link to, and also because stomach exercises by themselves are not that important for losing stomach fat.
This is accomplished through eating a healthy diet, using cardio training, and weight training on a regular basis.
You can exercise belly fat & your abdominals with the rest of your major muscle groups during your weight training workouts.
Concentrating on working out your abdominals to burn belly fat is not necessary and does not burn that much fat from your fat cells.
You can burn the most body fat by using the right intensity, duration, and frequency during your cardio training. And this is why if you want a flat belly, you should exercise belly fat using aerobics.
Nutrition and weight training are important for maintaining your current weight, while cardio training is what will actually help you to create the body of your dreams!
