Drinking water and weight loss...is the section where I will explain why water is very important if long term fat loss is what you are after!

Water will be covered in more detail in the nutrition strategy section of our site.

But since it is such an overlooked element when it comes to effective weight loss, I decided to include it in this section also!

The fact is that water makes up anywhere from 45% to 75% of your total body weight.

This one point alone, makes it the most valuable nutrient for your body.

Plus in addition, there are also some very functions that it serves.

By the way, the difference in these percentages above, depend on your current total body fat percenatage.

DRINKING WATER AND WEIGHT LOSS...THE FACTS!

This very important nutrient assists digestion, absorption and assimilation of all of your food.

Water also helps to excrete waste material from your bowel and kidneys.

It regulates body temperature, and helps the evaporation process your skin uses to keep cool.

But the most important reason for drinking plenty of water is that--when you are dehydrated, the liver can't work properly!

And this directly influences fat burning, because the liver converts stored body fat to energy--this is its' main job.

When there is not enough water in your organism, the kidneys can’t function properly.

And when this happens, your liver has to help your kidneys, and can’t metabolize your body fat as efficiently.

This is why it is so important to provide your organism and your kidneys with plenty of water during the day!

I will cover all the details that have to do with consuming water, in the Nutrition Strategy section!

After reading that section you will know how much water you should drink and when.

But I wanted to mention it here, because drinking plenty of pure water and weight loss results...go hand in hand.

And I wanted to make sure that you become totally aware of this.

There is no doubt, that this is one of the most overlooked elements when it comes to effective long term weight loss!
