The carbohydrates that you consume in every meal should mostly be natural, complex, and unrefined. Both, the starchy and fibrous carbs can be included in every meal.

The proteins that you consume in every meal should mostly be the lean kind, like chicken breast, turkey breast, lean red meat, etc.

The good dietary fat that you consume in every meal can come from nuts, peanuts, olives, olive oil, salmon, and low fat dairy products, etc.

Important Distinctions That You Have To Know About When It Comes To Using The Diet Meal Plan Zone!


When it comes to dairy products, you have to take into account that they contain simple carbs, protein, and dietary fat. This is why it is important to read the food label to see the percentage of each macro-nutrient in the dairy products that you consume.

Obviously, it is also important to make sure when you choose the foods you will use for creating your meals that you don't have allergies and sensitivities to these products.
