What is the best solution
to child obesity?


Child obesity should be approached in the same way as adult obesity.

The first step is a healthy balanced nutrition plan that takes into account-- the total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and the current activity levels.

The second step is an increase in activity levels. This could be any aerobic activity that is sustained over a certain period of time.



The best approach is to always move at a pace that is acceptable to the child that is experiencing problems with obesity.

There are some health issues that can lead to child obesity, but most of the time it is simply consuming more calories than the organism can burn during the day.

Low activity levels do not help the problem either. There is another factor that sometimes should be looked into.

This is body types, and if your child has an endomorph dominant body type, he or she will have to eat a properly balanced diet with the right daily caloric intake.

And in addition to this an increase in activity is a must, because unwanted body fat, is burned mostly through doing an activity that is considered aerobic in nature.
