When it comes to cardio weight loss and choosing the best home cardio workouts, or choosing the best cardio workouts in the gym, there are a few important things to consider.

The first thing that is important to understand to structure the best aerobic exercise workout for yourself is how your body burns body fat as an energy source.

In other words, if you have an endomorph dominant body type, most likely you will have to keep using cardio training for the rest of your life if you want to maintain your ideal body weight once you reach it using home cardio workouts or aerobic training done at the gym.

In the end, the ultimate cardio weight loss strategy is to choose the simplest aerobic exercises to start with, and work your way up little by little.

As you reach an intermediate level, you can choose to use home cardio workouts or do cardio training in your gym.

If you want to work out at home, you will have to have some type of cardio training machine. Just doing jumping jacks for example, is not something most people can sustain for a long period of time.

Some examples of excellent cardio training machines are:

Stationary upright bicycles, stationary recumbent bicycles, treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, stair climbers, cross country skiing machines, or any other machine that you can use to perform aerobic exercise for a prolonged period of time.

If you workout in the gym, you can take aerobic classes, or use any type of cardio training machine that they have available.

My favorite is the treadmill, since you can use it for brisk walking, jogging, or running. All three of these simple exercises can burn a lot of calories.

All you have to do is to make sure that you use the right duration during your aerobic workout. The easier the exercise the longer you have to exercise.

But, for some people the best strategy is to use easy exercise, because they can be done on a daily basis, and can be sustained for life. And this approach will always burn the most total calories and will help you to create the body of your dreams.

So, in the end it does not matter if you use home cardio workouts or do cardio training in the gym, if you want to create a lean, healthy body, all that really matters is that you use aerobic exercises on a regular basis.
