Calories Burned Walking, and why
this is one of the best ways
to create permanent fat loss


In this calories burned walking section we will go over, well, yes, how many calories burned while walking.

Since everyone has a different total body weight, and everybody walks at a different pace, I will give an average number of the calories burned by walking.



For example if you weigh 175 pounds, an you walk briskly for about 60 minutes, you will burn about 500 calories.

And, if you weigh 200 pounds, there will be about 570 calories burned walking during the same time period.

During walking the calories are burned from both carbohydrates and body fat. If you want to read exactly how your bodies uses these two fuels during the day I would recommend to read the fat burning facts article.

This is one of my favorite ways to burn body fat, and when the weather allows I use this physical activity for 90 minutes and over 750 calories are burned by walking briskly, because I weigh 175 pounds.

Walking is so simple, and so easy, and if you want to create the body of your dreams, but you are totally lazy, just like me, then I would suggest that you use this activity to accomplish your major health goal.

When the weather does not allow, just use a treadmill at your nearest gym, and the same amount of calories are burned while walking on this great piece of equipment.

You see, cardio training is the secret to creating a lean, healthy body, and if sustained can help you to maintain your ideal weight once that you reach it! Just make sure to use the right duration.

To use walking to create permanent fat loss is not enough sometimes. You also have to know how to use proper nutrition and weight training on a regular basis.
