The reason for this is simple, all ideal weight charts take only your height and weight into account.
For you to calculate your ideal weight, you have to use your lean body mass weight and you have to know what body fat percentage you want to eventually reach.
Once you have these two numbers, then it is possible to calculate yourideal weight.
