Obvioulsy, if you were born with a naturally slow metabolism, just like me, -- the unwanted body fat that you will lose during your weight loss program -- will simply creep back on. Or, you might even completely "give up" on your weight loss program before reaching your major health goal, -- because it is taking you much longer to lose the unwanted body fat -- than someone that was born with a different body type, and simply has a metabolism that allows them to lose body fat much faster!
