What is the best exercise to lose weight and what is the best fat burning exercise? When it comes to creating irreversible, long term weight loss success, the combination of cardio training and weight training will produce the ultimate fat-burning results.

Cardio training helps to burn unwanted body fat directly, while weight training helps you to maintain your lean muscle mass and helps to keep your metabolism elevated.
