Best Exercise for Weight Loss


Without a doubt, the best exercise for weight loss is aerobics!

After increasing your meal frequency, and eating the right food, doing cardiovascular exercises (cardio) on a regular basis, should always be your next step.

By doing these three things together, you will see spectacular results, as long as you do not consume more calories than you burn each day.

For body fat to be used as the main energy source in your body, oxygen has to be present.

Cardio exercise done at a moderate pace and maintained for periods of 30-60 minutes fits the bill perfectly.

WHAT ARE THE BEST CARDIO EXERCISES...?

Walking, jogging, bicycling, stair climbing, rowing, cross-country skiing, and elliptical exercises are what we consider the most effective fat burning exercises.

From our experience, there is nothing that comes close to burning fat like cardio exercises...nothing!

Endomorphs must do cardio on a regular basis...


If you have an endomorph dominant body type, to maintain your body weight, doing cardio at least 3 times per week is a must.

To burn your body fat in the beginning of your program you might have to do cardio much more often than that.

Double cardio on a daily basis might even have to be used, if you want to see some impressive results.

If you have an endomorph dominant body type it is almost impossible to lose body fat without using aerobics in your program.

The best you can hope for using nutrition strategies on their own, is to maintain your current weight.

And this is only if you eat a perfect diet!

Since very few people can eat a perfect diet all the time, doing aerobics is the best way to burn body fat on a regular basis.

This has always been my strategy, and when I eat more than I should, I simply do double cardio, once in the morning and oncein the evening.

The main reason why cardio is the best exercise for weight loss...


The reason is very simple, people who have a slow metabolism and easily store body fat, have to do an activity that is sustained for 30 to 60 minutes and creates the presence of oxygen in the blood stream.

Cardio-exercise is the only realistic way that this can be accomplished. To help your organism to shrink its own fat cells, you have to do aerobics--and do them in the right way!

When you burn body fat using cardio, all of your body fat cells get smaller and smaller, and eventually you start to look lean.

The fat cells do not burn or disappear, they simply shrink in size! And doing cardio is the ultimate way to accomplish this!

Some other important distinctions...


Even though aerobics is the best exercise for weight loss, the intensity level that you work out at is also very important.

To reach the optimal level for fat burning, your activity level must not be too light or too hard, and must be maintained for the duration of 30-60 minutes.

Starting your cardio with three 15-20 minute sessions in the beginning is fine. The most important thing is to start, and then build your way up to the 30-60 minutes per workouts.

Once again, using your weekly weight loss charts--will show you the results that you are producing, from eating right and doing cardio on a regular basis.

Using cardio, which we consider the best exercise for weight loss, you will burn body fat, more effectively than with anything else that we can suggest.
