Basic Fat Burning Soup
7-Day Eating Plan


Here is the basic fat burning soup 7-day eating plan, step by step.

Of course your first step is to prepare the soup itself.

The recommended ingredients: Large green onion, large red onion, 1-2 pounds of sliced tomatoes, large piece of Kombu seaweed, four cloves of garlic, two green peppers, large head of cabbage, one bunch of celery, 1 hot pepper (optional), one portion of shitake mushrooms, soup stock (chicken, beef, pork, or vegetable), with spices (rosemary, sage, parsley, tarragon and thyme).

The preparation instructions: cut vegetables in small to medium pieces, sauté in olive oil and cover with water. Boil for ten minutes. Lower to a simmer and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Basic fat burning soup 7-day eating plan:

Day one: Eat any fruits except bananas. With your fruits eat the soup. Drink water, unsweetened tea, and/or cranberry juice.

Day two: Eat only vegetables. You can consume the fresh, raw or canned, but stay away from beans, peas and corn.

Eat these vegetables with your soup. At the end of the day you can eat a large potato with a little butter.

Day three: Eat all the vegetables, fruit and soup that you want, but do not eat the potato at night.

Day four: Eat bananas and skim milk together with your soup.

Day five: Eat beef or lamb with tomatoes. Eat the soup at least once. You can replace the beef/lamb with wheat gluten (seitan), aduki beans, chicken or fish. Eat soup at least once per day.

Day six: Beef or lamb with vegetables, but no potatoes. You can replace the beef/lamb with wheat gluten (seitan), aduki beans, chicken or fish. Eat soup at least once per day.

Day seven: Eat brown rice, unsweetened fruit and vegetables. Eat sure to eat soup at least once per day.

In addition to this the basic fat burning soup diet recommends that you drink plenty of water. It also promises that you can lose from 10-17 pounds of body weight during this week.

Considering that I recommend losing one pound of body fat per week, and from 15 years of experience have never seen more than 2 pounds of body fat lost in a week (except in extremely overweight people in the beginning of their weight loss programs) this sounds like this approach is just another low calorie diet that makes you lose everything but body fat.

As all other fad diets that I review in my site, this one uses an approach that is ineffective in the long run, and eventually will make you gain back all the weight that you lost, and a few more pounds of body fat on top.

It is the perfect example of what not to do when you want to create a lean, healthy body, and reach your ideal weight.
