Are you desperate to lose weight quickly? Well don't worry because your not the only one who is feeling that way trust me!
So what should you do to shed these unwanted pounds you may ask? Well the best way to deal with being overweight is to take action and follow some sort of plan.
So lets go ahead and take a look at a little action plan that you can follow to get you started in your weight loss journey!
My first few tips try to guide you towards a more "long term" approach to weight loss but at the end of this article I show you a quick way to lose weight fast.

Eat more meals but make sure they are low in calories! Obviously if your eating 4-8 meals per day and each meal is 500 calories your really going to pack on the pounds right? So make sure that you try to stay at perhaps 1000-1500 calories per day.
Tip 3:
Your body size does make a difference! Obviously if your 6'8 and weight 300 pounds your calorie intake can be higher to lose weight compared to a person who's 5'0 and weight 120 pounds.
Tip 4:
If your truely desperate to lose weight quickly then you might want to consider really increasing your exercise. Do this along with lowering your food intake and you will lose some weight within a few days to a week for sure. Just make sure you know how much is too much for your body.
Tip 5:
Just remember that even though you want to lose weight quickly this can be bad for your body. A more effective long term approach would be to gradually shed those unwanted pounds. But if you really want to lose weight fast then im going to give you a way to do it!
For really fast weight loss you need to really change the way you eat and exercise. Eat only fruits and veggies with some lean chicken mixed in.
Next you want to exercise like crazy! I'm talking about lifting weights as well as some heavy running. Building muscle actually raises your metabolism and helps burn even more fat.
Just make sure that you consult with your doctor first before doing anything too crazy. Its really pretty simple when it comes to losing weight quickly.
