My Weight Loss Tips and Secrets
Create Permanent Fat Loss!

Let me "sum up" all of my weight loss tips and secrets into what can be considered...the "ultimate" weight loss strategy for anyone that has a slow metabolism and experiences difficulties losing unwanted body fat.


An Effective Motivation Strategy + Proper Nutrition + Exercise is the fastest and healthiest way to "gently" force your organism to "burn off" all of the unwanted body fat that is currently stored inside of your fat cells.

But don't just take my word for it. Recently The Journal of the American Medical Association, published information about a major medical research study that was done over an extended period of time.


Here is exactly what this study concluded: None of the popular diets produced satisfactory adherence and that compliance decreased at a similar rate over time for all of the major diet programs.


Here is the researcher’s final comment, and the path toward creating irreversible, long-term weight loss success:...“To manage a national epidemic of excess body weight -- practical techniques to increase dietary adherence rates are urgently needed.”


In other words a "steady devotion" to proper nutrition -- is one of the major steps toward creating permanent fat loss.


If you have a slow metabolism, here is what this really means: To reach your ideal body weight and then maintain it in the long run -- you have to stick to a "healthy eating plan" for the rest of your life!

But, what is proper nutrition and what is a healthy eating plan?


Basically it is when you consume mostly natural, unprocessed, unrefined food and "stay focused" on providing your organism with the optimum amount of calories, macro-nutrients, micro-nutrients, and clean water on a daily basis!


And these "optimum amounts" have to be calculated taking into account your body type, your total body weight, your total body fat weight, and your total lean body mass.

Here is why exercise, and motivation must be a part of your program!


If you have a "slow metabolism" -- and can't eat whatever you want, whenever you want, and as much as you want in addition to proper nutrition and a healthy eating plan -- you will also have use an effective motivation strategy and exercise!


The exercise is a must because it is the only "realistic" way to "burn-off" the unwanted body fat that you currently have inside of your fat cells, and to make sure that it is "never" gained back.


The effective motivation strategy is important because it is the only way that you can create the non-stop motivation "fuel" that will help you to use proper nutrition and exercise for an extended period of time so that eventually you will reach your ideal body weight.


And, this non-stop motivation "fuel" is the only thing that can help you to keep using proper nutrition and exercise on a regular basis -- to maintain this ideal body weight -- after it is reached!


Now here is probably the most important example that I can give you why a weight loss system without an "effective motivation strategy" will never be able to help you "permanently" lose all the unwanted body fat that you currently have.


The proper nutrition and exercise strategies are like a "car" that can take you to a final destination (permanent fat loss).


The non-stop motivation is the "fuel" that allows your "car" to actually go from point A to point B.


So, while you might be using the "ultimate" nutrition and exercise approach in the world, without knowing how to produce the non-stop motivation "fuel" you will not be able to actually go from point A to point B, and create your major health goal!


If you don't know how to stay motivated on a daily basis -- trying to stick to your weight loss program will be very similar to pushing a car that has completely run out of fuel.


Here is the "main reason" why you need the non-stop motivation fuel!


True "Non-Stop" Motivation is the only energy source that will help you to do what you don't want to do, and what you don't like to do...which is to keep eating healthy food and to keep exercising on a regular basis, and for the rest of your life!


If you think about it, and are honest with yourself, you will understand that this is the major reason why you can't lose weight permanently! You simply "don't like to" and "don't want to" -- use proper nutrition and exercise for an extended period of time!


And, no matter what motivation approach that you use, it is always the same thing over and over! Two steps forward, and then three steps back. Yes, in the beginning it seems like everything will work out this time, but as the weeks go by, your willpower runs out, and you end up exactly where you started!


By the way, the majority of the motivation techniques that are currently being taught are either "willpower manipulation" strategies, positive thinking approaches, or some type of hypnosis techniques that only work in the short run, and will never help you to develop non-stop motivation!


How do I know all this? Well...I tried all of these motivation techniques in the past! And since I was born with an "endomorph-dominant" body type and have a very slow metabolism, I also tried all the in-effective weight loss aproaches, and I know that they don't work either!


In addition to the slow metabolism -- I was also born with a very good appetite, and truly enjoy ("love" is probably a better word) eating delicious "high-calorie" foods. In the past these two things didn't mix really well and I gained a lot of unwanted body fat.


So what I am about to share with you are the exact steps that I had to take -- to go from weighing 285 pounds -- to reaching my ideal body weight of 175 pounds!


And, these are the exact same steps that I have been taking for the last 15 years in order to maintain this ideal body weight.


So while you are reading what I am about to tell you -- please keep in mind that this is the "real truth" about "fat loss" -- and some parts "might not" be what you want to hear.


With that said -- let me explain "exactly" what you will have to do to create "permanent fat loss" -- if you were born with a slow metabolism, and have difficulties in losing unwanted body fat.


Non-Stop Motivation is the "key" to creating irreversible, long-term
weight loss success!


To reach your ideal body weight and then maintain it in the long run -- you "must" use a weight loss system that explains "step-by-step" how you will produce the "non-stop motivation" that is necessary for you to go from where you are right now -- to where you want to be in the near future -- when you create the body of your dreams.


If you don't -- you will never be able to use proper nutrition and exercise -- for an "extended" period of time...to "burn off" all of the unwanted body fat that you currently have stored inside your fat cells.


The truth is that conventional diets, fad diets, diet pills, fat burners, appetite suppressants, and all the other "ways" that the majority of people are using to lose "body fat"...are "not effective" when it comes to creating permanent fat loss.


Yes, these weight loss approaches and products do produce "short-term" results, and can help you to lose "scale weight," but in reality up to 80% of this scale weight is water and muscle...and only 20% body fat.


But the worst part about using these "in-effective" weight loss approaches and products is that they "seriously" increase your desire to eat food.


And eventually, when this "desire" to eat food turns into "massive hunger" you simply throw in the white towel -- and go back to eating more food than your body can burn during the day.


Obviosuly, when you eat more food than your body can burn you gain back all of the "scale weight" that you lost while you were using the "in-effective" weight loss approaches and products.


This -- "more or less" -- describes the structure of what I call the "vicious (weight loss/weight re-gain) cycle."


Sadly, the people that are using proper nutrition and exercise on a regular basis -- but aren't using an effective "motivation strategy" -- also get caught up in this "cycle."


Here is the most important thing that you simply "must" understand if you want to create permanent fat loss:


If you don't know how to create the "non-stop" motivation that is necessary to get out of the "vicious (weight loss/weight re-gain) cycle" your chances of reaching and then maintaining your ideal body weight in the long run -- will be close to zero!


Without the non-stop motivation "fuel" that can only be produced by implementing an effective motivation strategy -- the only thing you are left with using is -- your "willpower."


Willpower is not an "effective" energy source for creating irreversible, long term weight loss success. Your willpower will always run out -- because it simply can't support the building of "more and more" energy and momentum during your weight loss program.


The reason for this is simple: Willpower "does not and cannot" create the non-stop motivation fuel that is necessary to create permanent fat loss -- because it becomes "depleted" -- and instead of building the necessary momentum in your weight loss program -- "inertia" is developed.


This "inertia" eventually leads to more and more difficulties in your weight loss journey -- and "sooner or later" you are forced to give up and quit your weight loss program completely.


As I already said, all the "weight loss motivation" techniques that are being taught today are not effective and they can't help you to produce the "true" non-stop motivation that is necessary for you to go through all the difficult parts of your weight loss journey.


The statistics confirm that 99.9% of the people that try to create permanent fat loss...fail to accomplish this end-result!


The reason for this "outrageously" high failure rate is very simple: Most people are using "motivation strategies" and "weight loss systems" that have some serious "flaws" in their design.


And in reality...the "only way" to know if a "motivation strategy" and/or a "weight loss system" has been designed to create "permanent fat loss" or if it has a "flaw" in its design -- is to honestly look at the end-result that it helps you to produce!


In other words, if you have lost all the "unwanted body fat" that you wanted to lose -- and are able to maintain your ideal body weight in the long-term -- then the motivation strategy and/or weight loss system is "effective" -- if you haven't then it has a flaw in its design...period!
