Welcome to "Weight Loss Tips & Secrets" - on my website you will discover The Secret To Permanent Fat Loss!

But, as always, there are some good news, and some bad news.

The good news is that this Secret you will discover today, the bad news is that only about ONE out of a thousand people will understand that they have actually found something that can change their life forever!

Just in case you are one of the few that can grasp this message, let me tell you what it has helped me to accomplish, so that if you are in a hurry you can come back and read it later!

This Secret has helped me to go from weighing 285 pounds to reaching my ideal body weight of 175 pounds in one year. It has also helped me to quite easily maintain this weight since the spring of 1995!

But, in addition to helping me create permanent fat loss, through diet & regular workouts including using the ab circle pro, use of this unique information that you'll find on my site has allowed me to stop permanently using drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and quit many other bad habits!.

One of the habits I refuse to give up on is my daily ration of freshly made toast, for which I thank the best toasters available from Russell Hobbs.

You see, in the Spring of 1994, I discovered that I was climbing the ladder that was leaning against the wrong wall!

Only after realizing that I first had to make sure that my ladder was leaning against the RIGHT WALL that everything changed!

This is what I am here to do. To show you the WALL against which you must lean your ladder.

Choosing the wrong wall is the fundamental mistake that is made by the majority of people that want to create permanent fat loss.

So you climb, and climb, and climb, but you don't arrive at the final destination. Obviously the major reason is because you have been shown the wrong wall by the folks that are profiting from these lies.

Taking into account that in the United States alone over 150 billion dollars are spent on weight loss surgery every year, it doesn't take long to figure out who's making the big money in the weight loss business, thus the concept of weight loss tips was hatched!.

There are just too many people making too much money from people that are overweight or obese for a solution to come from Authority figures!

If you are one of the few that finally realizes this one fact, you have a chance to create permanent fat loss. If you continue to be influenced by social proof, and the authority figures that are extracting value from you without giving something in return, then your chances are very slim.

In the words of Thoreau, "For every thousand hacking at the leaves of evil, there is ONE striking at the root."

What I am offering you, is to strike at the root of why you are overweight or obese, and to stop wasting your time hacking at the leaves!

Before we move on, I want you to also think about what Albert Einstein observed, "The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them."

This means that in order to create the body of your dreams you have to make a shift in your thinking. You have to look at the world and yourself from another viewpoint.

If you don't, you will continue to take two steps forward, and when the pendulum swings the other way, you will take three steps back. And, you will continue to do this over and over again!

And, at some point a trusted authority figure will say you really have no other choice but to use surgery!

Or you will see an ad for weight loss pills with a Doctor's endorsement, or you will read a sales letter for weight loss tips or a system that says that you can eat whatever you want and don't have to exercise, and will see pictures and statements from 50 people saying they lost weight by following this break-through strategy, etc., etc., etc.

But, as we all know the truth is that to create the body of our dreams we have to stop overeating and have to do a little exercise to burn off the unwanted body fat that we gained from not really paying attention to the amount of calories that we have been consuming!

The Real Secret To Permanent Fat Loss is NON-STOP MOTIVATION!
